Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Lead to spearhead our Sales and Marketing division. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and overseeing marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and marketing, with the ability to lead a team and execute data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve business targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships.
- Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, branding strategies, and digital marketing efforts.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales and marketing strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Set performance metrics, monitor team progress, and provide training and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals and optimize customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and report on sales and marketing effectiveness.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and customer engagement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software, marketing automation tools, and data analytics.
- Experience in consulting and professional industry is a plus.
