Noerhidajat Sjahro, Ph.D. adalah seorang ahli di bidang keberlanjutan, manajemen energi, kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3), serta lingkungan, dengan pengalaman lebih dari 15 tahun di sektor industri, riset, dan akademik. Beliau memiliki keahlian dalam pengembangan strategi dekarbonisasi, implementasi sistem manajemen berbasis ISO (9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, 17025, 17020), serta penyusunan laporan ESG dan program keberlanjutan yang terintegrasi dengan SDGs. Dalam perannya sebagai manajer di berbagai perusahaan manufaktur dan jasa migas, beliau memimpin inisiatif efisiensi energi, transisi energi terbarukan, serta penguatan budaya K3 dan kepatuhan lingkungan. Pengalaman riset internasional dan kontribusinya dalam edukasi profesional menjadikannya figur yang kompeten dan berpengaruh dalam mendorong praktik bisnis yang berkelanjutan dan bertanggung jawab.

  • Energy efficiency improvement and energy decarbonization programs in medical device manufacturing company.
  • Establishing net zero emission (NZE) program via SBTi, GHG baseline establishment & GHG inventory & quantification for medical device manufacturing company.
  • Emission reduction program (SPE) from renewable energy (solar panels) to National Registry System (SRN).
  • Research on utilization of oil palm biowaste (byproduct) for membrane polymer in water and wastewater treatment application.
  • Research on oil extraction rate (OER) improvement of palm oil milling process via optimization of sterilization and digestion process, funded by Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education and Institute of Advanced Technology, Universiti Putra Malaysia.
